HOW TO BOOK AND FAQ's

I do not offer delivery on most orders. For a small number of larger orders (over 200 or more this can be arranged please speak to Deborah) Collection allows me to work on orders without having to charge for my travel time, fuel etc. 

Under BOOK please select the page you require - Strawberries, Cakes, Treats, Shapes etc then select the option you require. Choose the Date and preferred collection time (1 hour from slot) and add to your basket. Any additional items please also add and checkout. Shortly after an email confirmation will come through with your booking details, time slot etc PLEASE CHECK information is correct. This confirmation includes my address for collection. A second email will arrive with an invoice including details of what to pay and when. Feel free to pay earlier but if you require to pay later than due date then get in touch. 

The collection time you choose is a FROM time with a 1 hour window. Please DO NOT arrive early for your order. It will not be ready and not only will you have to wait you put added pressure on me. You don't need to contact me unless you are planning on coming over 1 hour late, if this is the case please let me know to ensure someone will be home. 

I work from Home, please be respectful of this and of my time with my Family. Please refrain from arriving late at night or calling my business during unsociable hours

The online calendar runs my diary for that day, if an earlier slot is not available then I am fully booked. Your strawberries are dipped fresh each day to ensure maximum freshness so I cannot give you are earlier time if it is not available to select.

Booking multiple boxes may result in having to select various Collection Slots. Please come at the latest slot to ensure all boxes are ready. You do not need to contact me to confirm this, even if there is more than 1 hour between times.

If you try to select the same time and staff member for more than one box you will receive an error message and will be unable to checkout to complete your order. 

The options available for each box are endless. I have used example pictures for each option online however please ready the item detail. Start with the number of strawberries you want, I have no upward limit however boxes start from 9 strawberries. Prices increase depending on style and time taken to create. It may be simply Strawberries and melted chocolate to some but to others it is a beautiful skill I am worked hard to expand upon and it brings joy and sheer delight to many of my customers. 

It is Very important to read the allergy information for each item and to highlight any allergies at checkout. I do not cater for Tree Nut Allergies as I use Hazelnuts daily. 

Please read the care instructions page before ordering.  Our business card within your box also contains a QR Code link to the care instructions on our website. 

1. The most common error when trying to book occurs when customers try to select the same staff member and the same time slot when booking multiple items. Please ensure you have selected a different slot for each item otherwise you will not be able to checkout. 
2. If you have filled out all the details on your order but cannot move on to CONFIRM ORDER. Simply tap a previous field or use the Tab forward button on your keyboard. 

Payment must be made 7days prior to your booking slot. Shortly after booking you will receive a second email with secure payment link by card. This will be due straight away if your booking is within 7 days. If your booking is more than 7 days away you will receive a reminder to pay automatically. If payment is not made your order will cancel automatically on the system along with your payment link and you may lose your booking slot.

I do not take cash and orders must be paid in advance. 

Deposits are required for busier times such as Halloween, Christmas, Mothers Day etc. The deposit amount is clearly stated at time of booking and appropriate link sent. 

Deposits for Tall round  /  Fondant Cakes are 50% due 14days prior to collection with balance due on day of collection. I can take cash for the balance but prefer payment via the link supplied at time of booking. If paying cash please bring correct amount as I do not keep cash for change. 

Should you prefer bookings can be paid in advance of the 7days, simply use the payment link provided.

Should your event be cancelled or rescheduled I offer full refund with 10 days notice or reschedule if under 7 days notice. Notice of less than 24hrs will be dependant on any  costs incurred. Please reach out as Every effort will be made to assist and insure reschedule without cost.
